La Plaza de Trascorrales acoge la segunda edición de Gastrolibro, un evento que combina literatura, cocina y degustaciones con entrada gratuita
Oviedo se convertirá este sábado en el epicentro de la cultura gastronómica con la celebración de la segunda edición de Gastrolibro, la primera muestra inmersiva de libros gastronómicos organizada en España. El evento, que tendrá lugar en la Plaza de Trascorrales, abrirá sus puertas en horario de mañana y tarde (de 11:00 a 14:30 y de 17:00 a 20:30 horas), con entrada libre. La cita reunirá a reconocidos nombres del panorama culinario nacional y regional. Entre ellos, Mikel Iturriaga (El Comidista), el crítico de vinos José Peñín, el periodista y divulgador gastronómico Jorge Guitián, y Jordi Luque, autor de Nueva cocina de pueblo. También participarán los asturianos David Guardado, Alicia Álvarez y Beatriz López Vidal, que presentarán obras centradas en productos emblemáticos del Principado como el chosco de Tineo o la fabada.
El programa incluye la presentación de Cocina de aquí para gente de hoy, de Mikel Iturriaga; Mis memorias del vino, de José Peñín, con cata guiada; y Fabada, historia y simbolismo de un icono asturiano, de Alicia Álvarez y David Guardado, entre otros títulos. Además de las actividades principales, Gastrolibro contará con una exposición dedicada a los diez libros más importantes de la gastronomía asturiana del siglo XX y con la participación de editoriales y librerías locales como Trea, Delallama, La Fabriquina, Ambas2, Pasa Página y Matadero 1.
